Know before you throw
A few rules keep it fun.
These are the requirements every thrower agrees to before stepping onto a lane.
Flat, closed-toe shoes required
Every thrower must wear flat, closed-toe shoes to step onto the lane.
Minimum age 12
You must be at least 12 years of age to throw.
Follow your coach
Axe throwing has real safety requirements. Our staff runs the lanes and all guests must follow staff instructions at all times.
Waiver before you throw
Every thrower completes the Steel City Axe waiver before stepping up to a lane. Signing ahead of time keeps your event moving.
